2. UNAUTHORIZED USE

Equipment is to be registered to it's final destination within Tommy's database. We request upon resale that the equipment is re-registered with us so we can provide excellent service to new Tommy equipment owners.

3. ASSIGNABILITY

You shall not sub-license, assign, or transfer the any mentioned above to any entity without prior written consent from our company..

Our company reserves the right to change or modify these terms with no prior notice.

4. OUR REFUND POLICY

Tommy's offers the option to return un-used equipment or parts with a 20% restocking fee. All equipment is non-refundable upon use in the field.

5. OWNERSHIP

Equipment ownership is transferred at the time it leaves our loading dock. If you prefer a representative can be onsite at our warehouse to oversee loading of the equipment. Freight companies insurance coverage of equipment until arrival at your site.

6. INSTALLATIONS

Installation is required to be completed by a Tommy certified installer. To request a 3rd party installer to install Tommy equipment schedule a phone interview where we will analyze installers organization and determine if our standards for installation can be met.

7. ANTIFRAUD CHECK

Customer purchase can be suspended for manual anti fraud check for 10-20 minutes as well as it can be suspended for a longer term for more serious investigations. Anti fraud check occurs because of growing number of fraud transactions from persons who are not actual cardholders of the credit cards used during purchase.

8. THIRD-PARTIES SERVICES

We may use third parties to provide certain services accessible through the web site. Our web site does not control these third parties or their services, and you agree that our company will not be liable to you in any way for your use of such services.
