A water heater is a requirement for every car wash no matter where you are located. You cannot wash cars with cold water. Heat is needed in all parts of the process. Heat activates the chemicals and improves the cleaning process. Different size boilers will be needed depending on the wash package you select. The boiler is sized to meet capacity of about 95% of your days. The 140' system uses a 1.8 million btu boiler. This may still not be enough for several days a year. Our water heaters can also be used for floor heat wich is needed at the entrance and exit of the wash depending on your climate.
