This
is a complete view of a wrap mitter combo with rocker
brushes. This module is the main cleaning component of
the system. The circulating mitter, lower 21" rocker
brushes for extra cleaning below the mirrors, and the
wrap around brushes that do the fronts, sides, and complete
backends of the vehichle.

Self
Loading Entrance Module |

Self
Loading Entrance Module Cam. This shows the
self loading conveyor system. There is no employees
that actually work the car wash but rather view and
assist from the attached convenience store. This is
a 180' Tommy package and can self load up to 160 cars
per hour. Manned loading up to 200 cars per hour.

Triple
Coat |

The Triple
coat cam shows the area after the 2nd set of
wraps in the TE140 package. The triple coat is applied
through a stainless steel arch, and as you see this perticular
one has the sign panel upgrade, and also 3 led light kits.
On top of that a 12" service indicator light for
maximum wow factor.

Mitter

The mitter
cam shows you the effects of a circular mitter.
There are 3 main reasons for using a circular mitter,
1st rather than doing a single motion side to side, or
front to back, a circle does both motions in one movement.
2ndly, when a large vehichle, can or hummer comes through,
a front to back or side to side mitter simply drag over
the car with no motion. A circular mitter will still create
motion on the vehichle even on large vehichles. 3rdly
a circular mitter makes much less noise than a front to
back mitter that can create unwanted sounds on the vehichle.

Tommy
Hugger Brush Cam. This shows the art of the
gravity based wrap around brushes. The only controls
on this brush is an air assist that lightens them about
5 psi over mirrors. The brush is controlled by balance
and gravity through the adjustment of the bearing position.

Following
Wheel Blaster |

The
high pressure following wheel blaster is not only used
in every Tommy wash system, but many of them have been
added to other facilites to help improve quality. The
wheel blaster tracks and self adjusts speed to lock into
the wheel and blast for 6' of blasting. Very simple mechanics
and a very clean wheel.
